Appointment Policy

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.

Patient Arrival Policy

We ask that all cats be placed in pet carriers before entering the waiting room. Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other cats. This is one of the reasons we ask you to restrain your pet. If your cat is showing signs of an upper respiratory infection (sneezing), please inform the receptionist so that we can put your cat in a safe place away from other patients while you wait to see the doctor.

Drop-off Appointments

For your convenience, 'drop-off' appointments are available. This means you can bring your cat to the hospital at a time that works best for you and leave him or her with us for a couple of hours. Cats can be brought in as early as 7:00 a.m. and our doctors will examine your cat in between appointments or at the time reserved for admitted patients. Once the doctor is finished, you will be contacted to go over the diagnosis and any discharge instructions.

For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that all vaccinations be up to date.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash and personal checks.
